Belinda Surjadi
CLIENT SERVICES DIRECTOR
Belinda is a strategic, people-focused and purpose driven client services leader, with proven expertise in the development and delivery of campaigns that change outcomes for both young people and clients.
In her role as Client Service Director, she is constantly striving to ensure we provide the best client experience and drive maximum impact. Belinda provides key oversight across our Sky, Dove, Rexona and Southern Water accounts. She is also passionate about levelling the playing field and was instrumental in setting up our ‘Opportunities’ programme, providing mentoring and work experience for girls in local schools.

Mark Fawcett
CHIEF EXECUTIVE + CHAIRMAN
Mark is a leading voice on social mobility, youth opportunity, and education, inspiring corporate engagement with young people. He hosts the always enlightening Careers Unwrapped podcast and volunteers for many non-profits. An entrepreneur and former army officer, Mark founded The National Schools Partnership in 2004. He spent eight years at World Challenge, helping young people gain confidence through global expeditions.
In 2023, he was named one of the Top 100 Influential People UK and Leader of the Year at the Purpose Awards EMEA. Mark is also a trustee of the British Exploring Society.

Anna Brocklehurst
BOARD DIRECTOR/CLIENT PARTNER
Anna is a leader in education, corporate consultancy, and communications. Her career began at a Chinese state TV broadcaster, then she worked at the UK government’s Basic Skills Agency and the Department for Education. At We Are Futures, she opened the Scotland office and now leads key client work as well as the agency's people and culture strategy.
An activist, governor, Arts Trustee, and community council chair, Anna is dedicated to promoting fairness in society and ever keen to champion those who need it most.

Alex is a respected marketing industry figure with over three decades of experience, leading business growth at large advertising agency groups and private equity-backed independents. Deeply invested in We Are Future’s agency vision, Alex has doubled the agency's size and continues to push the ambition and business of our clients.
Alex is the heartbeat driving us to create work that builds brands and positively impacts young people.

Helen Chapman
HEAD OF STRATEGY
Helen is a strategic leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and a knack for innovation. She transitioned from Ad planning director to earned strategist and co-founded a Silicon Valley-funded tech start-up. Helen excels in understanding culture, data, and research, challenging the status quo, and improving matters for young people and businesses.
A closet creative living in a colourful home full of artists, frequently found dipping into AI, as founder/co-editor of What Did Open AI Do This Week?

David Walker
FINANCE & COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
David has over 20 years of experience in creative organisations, excelling in COO and CFO roles. He drives impactful client work, managing operations, finance, and commercial aspects.
Known as the "Dad" of the agency, David is a self-professed foodie and Thai Boxer with a passion for Asian cuisine and culture.

Becky Hipkiss
NEW BUSINESS DIRECTOR
Becky is a client services expert with a knack for New Biz, dedicated to delivering social change for young people. With over 10 years of experience, she helps clients navigate challenges facing youth today.
Outgoing and out doing, Becky is known for her organisation skills, commitment to breaking stereotypes, and passion for empowering young girls. Part of the Women’s Sport Collective, Becky can often be found in the gym or booking her next flight.

Stu Hallybone
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Stu is a Creative Director known for cultural insight and innovative campaigns. With over 20 years in digital, social, branding, tech, PR, and advertising, he leads our content and creative departments like a pirate captain, with curiosity and fun. Always searching for new ways to connect with youth culture and unlock powerful conversations for brands.
Recognised as one of the Top 80 Neurodiverse Advocates in the UK, Stu mentors emerging talent and has written and curated an ADHD book to inspire newly diagnosed teens.

Sal Worby
COMMUNICATIONS PLANNING & ACTIVATION DIRECTOR
Sal is our inhouse strategic brand, digital, and growth marketing expert, with past experience leading teams for clients like Harvey Nichols, Brompton and Tiffany. She heads up our Communications department, taking our brand & social impact programmes, campaigns and stories into the lives of young people by creating multi-channel campaigns that deliver reach and engagement.
Always seeking new adventures, Sal loves travel, local food, and excellent coffee.

BOARD DIRECTOR/CLIENT PARTNER
Luke is a strategic leader with experience as a Communication and Commercial Director in media and creative sectors. He excels in youth marketing and getting under the skin to help solve commercial challenges for clients such as Warburtons, bp, McDonald's, EE, and Hyundai.
Luke is known for his relentless energy and love for hoodies and the colour orange - sometimes together.

Louise Weisbloom
HEAD OF NATIONAL SCHOOLS PARTNERSHIP + MEDIA
Louise is a marketing and community expert with a deep knowledge of education. One of the agency’s longest-serving members of the leadership team, she is the driving force behind the agency’s National Schools Partnership and champions equality for young people.
In her spare time, Louise revitalised an old charity boathouse on the river, introducing diverse youth to boating. Her passion lies in empowering students from deprived areas.

Kamahl Hoque
CLIENT PARTNER
Kamahl is a smart and savvy brand leader with over 12 years of experience in creative communication campaigns. He won a Gold IPA Effectiveness Award for Renault Dacia’s campaign and oversees a portfolio of clients including Samsung, P&G, McDonald's, and the UK Government.
Keen cyclist and a long-suffering Arsenal fan, Kamahl is also a trustee of charities supporting education and creative arts for young people.

Claire Smith
STRATEGY DIRECTOR
Claire is an expert in education and early talent strategy, mining opportunities to deliver better outcomes for young people. With extensive experience from Japan to Moss Side, she specialises in secondary education and early talent. Claire leads a team of strategists, setting the direction of travel for bp Energising Futures, Nat West, McDonald’s, Scottish Water, and Equinor.
A self-professed camping addict, she’s never happier than with her boots on and sunny skies above somewhere in the peaks.

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR FOR CONTENT
Anna is an education specialist, on a mission to elevate learning for young people through creative content that makes a lasting impact. With a background as a press reporter, Harry Potter set tutor, and Teach First English teacher, she leads our learning content creators. Anna brings her love of stories to We Are Futures, where she leads a team of expert learning content creators.
Anna strives for social mobility and loves family adventures with her three children.

Sarita Quy
CLIENT PARTNER
Born state-side, with more than a decade of experience both in the UK and the US, Sarita’s feet are now firmly on the ground - focusing on growing our client brands including Tesco, Unilever, and Southern Water.
Sarita supports young talent and mentors through creative agency programmes, fostering diversity in the industry. She was one of the first mentors of The Brooklyn Brother’s Night School Programme – a free training programme to attract young people from ethnically diverse backgrounds into creative industries.

HEAD OF RESOURCE OPERATIONS
Angela is a resource leader with a knack for organising skills and time across multiple areas of the business. With experience in independent and network-established agencies, she delivers excellence across departments and builds strong relationships with all those who work with her. First in the pool to sort any challenges faced by clients or teams with simple solutions that streamline our operations.
Outside work, Angela enjoys creative pursuits and spending time with her two young children.

Natalie Bell
PEOPLE + CULTURE DIRECTOR
Natalie is a people and talent specialist with a focus on scaling teams and fostering inclusive workplaces and experience across creative, marketing, and recruitment sectors. Dedicated to employing the best practices to drive social mobility and creating a fair and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive, Natalie also works with local community groups as a career coach and mentor.
On weekends you’ll find her on the netball court, fiercely defending her team’s honour and occasionally nursing a sprained ankle or two.
